Weight loss is a process. There is no quick fix or easy solution. The key is to change what’s going on inside: mentally, emotionally, and physically. It is a very complex issue because there is so much involved. It’s not just food and exercise. Calories in calories out. Many other things such as emotions, stress, relationships, self love, worthiness, beliefs, fears, habits and the association between food and comfort and many more.

Hypnoslim is a comprehensive program that uses the power of your subconscious mind to achieve your weight loss goals session by session. To clear the blocks, be inspired and motivated and to build a happy life, lose weight and have fun doing it. You will gain clarity about your weight loss issues. Turn those issues into opportunities to learn and grow. You will receive many valuable tools to motivate and inspire you. With hypnosis you will create new positive habits, behaviors and feelings about doing the things necessary to lose weight and maintain it. A positive self image will emerge based on self love, self care and motivation to create a new life script that will guide you to your goal weight and to live a more happy and fulfilled life. You will have a certified weight loss hypnotherapist by your side every step of the way. Sessions are weekly and last about sixty minutes. They are virtual on Zoom. Eight sessions are recommended. Packages will be available.

Invest in yourself.

1. The first session

focuses on gathering information.

Twelve questions will be asked exploring the different aspects of your weight loss issues and goals. The benefits, family history of weight issues, your diet, sleep patterns, positive qualities. The answers will be used as positive suggestions during hypnosis. Next is the theory of the mind. What does food symbolize? What is your story about your weight? This is followed by hypnosis.

Hypnosis: begins with a short relaxation phase then guided imagery where the image of being at ideal weight is introduced to the subconscious mind and answers to twelve questions are used to reinforce all the reasons and benefits of being at ideal weight. Positive suggestions are given to increase motivation and to align mind and body to work together to accomplish your goal.

Homework: A pedometer and reading on the four key ingredients for weight loss success.

2. The second session

focuses on changing eating patterns & moving body more.

It begins with discussing how the week went. What is working. What isn’t. Not focusing on the scale. Not weighing in weekly. Introducing new information on why it is important to eat every three to four hours to stabilize blood sugar and reduce cravings. Review pedometer progress. A performance agreement is discussed. A 24 nutrition review. Meal planning.

Hypnosis: focuses on anchoring into the subconscious mind moving the body more in order to burn fat and calories, the benefits of eating every three hours and visualizing or imagining waking up and eating a healthy breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.

Homework: answering twelve questions for successful weight loss.

3. The third session

focuses on emotional eating & anchor for relaxation.

It begins with a recap of the previous week. A review of the homework. How the week went. Tools introduced are a vision board and the concept of an anchor. Identifying an anchor is a great resource for emotional and stress eating. The anchor that is chosen can be a song or a picture of a sandy beach or a feeling along with three words that signify the anchor. This will be a powerful resource state that can be of great value when stressed prior to emotional eating which sabotages weight loss goals.

Hypnosis: focuses on anchoring into the subconscious mind what it feels like to be at goal weight and experiencing joy there then a transition to a safe, special place which is your anchor and while you are there giving positive weight loss suggestion about freedom from over eating, making bad food choices.

Homework: reading “Why should I exercise?” Practice anchor. Writing a paragraph about all the emotions and reason, benefits of being at goal weight. This is called the “New Self Image Paragraph”. Start a vision board.

4. The fourth session

focuses on the inner child & self love.

It begins with a recap of previous week. Pedometer steps. Progress with a healthier relationship with food. Meal prep. Snacks. Emotional eating? Stress. Anchor practice. Tools introduced are the food chart to record meals, journaling to vent stress and identify emotions. Reading the “New Self Image Paragraph” out loud. Discuss self love and worthiness. Making time for self. Exploring this aspect of the weight loss journey.

Hypnosis: focuses again on the staircase while anchoring in the image of yourself at goal weight relaxed and calm. The three words that represent the anchor are used repeatedly. Then the inner child is met. You explore the image and the feeling of the inner child. Engage in play. Hold the inner child. Tell him or her how much you love them. This is self love. Making everyday a commitment to take good care of your inner child.

Homework: Food chart. Journal. Anchor and vision board.

5. The fifth session

focuses on releasing the old, gaining inner strength, belief, & confidence.

Starts with reviewing the previous week. And a weigh in. Reading the “New Self Image Paragraph” again. This session is a progression into the second phase of weight loss which is the real weight loss phase. Increasing exercise. Strength training. Adding in new tools, The Hunger Scale and Setting The Day which is about creating a healthy mind set.

Hypnosis: focuses on releasing what no longer serves your highest good using a heavy coat and inside of it’s pockets are name after name of people who are causing conflict in your life. Their names are placed on pieces of paper that are thrown into a fire. A waterfall is used to wash away fear, doubt, stress and excess weight. Positive hypnotic suggestions are given that will have a profound affect.

Homework: Set the day. The Hunger Scale. Increase steps.

6. The sixth session

focuses on a special place, empowerment, connection, & comfort.

It begins with a discussion about how the week went using tools like: The Hunger Scale. Setting the Day. Anchor for emotional eating. Vision Board. Journal. Resistance training. Diet. Steps. Stress. Good stuff. A review of Six Problem Foods.

Hypnosis: concentrates on a peaceful, tranquil, safe place. This is the your special place where you feel at peace. You will spend time there uses all senses to be there. You will identify an area of connection and
empowerment. This is the journey to self. You will identify the most meaningful experience while there.

Homework: Read Six Problem foods. Continue to Set the Day and incorporate the Vision Board. Introduce Setting a Daily Intention.

7. The seventh session

focuses on the inner guide, higher self, wisdom, love, & intuition.

Like the rest of the sessions it begins with a check in about the week. The platform that is being built for weight loss success. The Hunger Scale. Pedometer. Setting the Day. Life.

Hypnosis: is about the connection to the inner guide. The wise all knowing, all loving aspect of the self. The inner guide is the part of that acts on your behalf. That sees all options available and keeps you moving forward on your life path. The form it takes can be a person, or animal or tree or mountain. It is an amazing resource on the journey we call life. Once this connection is established you can access this part of you again and again for wisdom and guidance.

Homework: Continue to use tools. Journal. Anchor. Hunger Scale. Vision Board. Self Image paragraph. Setting the Day. Eating better. Exercising more. Accessing the Inner Guide and developing a
relationship. Dream therapy.

8. The eighth session

focuses on emotional eating or wine.

All of the sessions will be reviewed. What tools are most helpful. Setting the Day will be reviewed. Those things that set the stage every day for positivity and a healthy relationship with self and food. Journaling. Meditation. Exercise. Hypnosis. Meal Prep. Creativity. Anchor.

Hypnosis: focuses on an addictive behavior whether it is ice cream, cakes, cookies or wine. This is a very effective session.
